  • GaeaStar launches 3D-printed terracotta coffee cups. Following a US $6.5 million seed funding round in April, the San Francisco start-up has developed reusable coffee cups made from clay, water and salt. GaeaStar says one cup can be printed within ten seconds.

  • Honduran coffee exports grew by 37% year-on-year in June. The country’s National Coffee Institute says stronger market demand and delayed shipments in May helped to boost exports. By the end of 2022/23 harvest season, green coffee exports are expected to total 5.5 million 60kg bags.
  • RAVE Coffee launches RARE coffee range. The new line of exclusive coffees includes Colombia Humberto Moreno No. 200, Peru Tapir Andino Anaerobic Honey No. 195, and Indonesia Barokah Kerinci Anaerobic Natural No. 193.
